SHIPPING POLICY

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Processing time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Because every piece is made by hand, custom or made-to-order items may take a little longer — any extra lead time will be noted on the product page.

Shipping rates
Standard shipping is $10, and it's FREE on orders over $100.

Delivery estimates
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 1-3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and aren't guaranteed.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping address
Please double-check your address at checkout. We can't take responsibility for packages sent to an incorrect address you entered. If a package comes back to us, we'll reach out about reshipping — extra shipping charges may apply.

Lost or damaged packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, or arrives damaged, contact us at Buckheadthread@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
